I am a family man. I love having fun with my wife and kids. Another passion I have is doing excellent dentistry and making patients happy.
I have had years of good experience placing implants, and know how to do an optimal implant placment in almost any case. I can condense bone for a D3 or D4 maxillary space increasing primary stability, or tap bone for a mandibular D1 osteotomy. I can perform internal sinus lifts when there is a pneumatized sinus, and perform ridge expansion where there is insufficient width. I can extract and place the implant immediately or I can graft and wait 3 months for a delayed placement (which is ideal for a molar).
Anterior cases require a careful placement of the osteotomy toward the palate or lingual bone with a side cutting Lindemann bur, then grafting the buccal space with cortico-cancellous bone then collagen membrane to preserve the buccal plate and minimize recession. I have had great success preserving the buccal plate with these techniques.
I can provide an implant with the correct angulation and position for a restoratively successful outcome esthetically and functionally, and I can guarantee them. For all implants I place, if they fail within the first year (which if they are going to fail, you will usually know in the first year) then I will remove, graft, and place a new one for free.
Yes you can have an oral surgeon or periodontist place your implants for you, but if you can get the same quality job done in your own office, how much better is that for you and your patients!?
